Where and when to meet?
Taronga Zoo:
Pick up and drop off for both Juniors and Cadets is at the rear gate to the Education Centre. Please enter via the Zoo car park. Please arrive between 8:45am-9:15am and pick up at 3:30pm.
Extended Care: Arrival 8-9am and pick up by 5:30pm.
If you expect you are going to be late please contact the Education Centre administration 99784624 or the Taronga Zoo Switchboard 9969 2777. They can then contact Zoo Adventures staff via radio.
Conditions of booking:
- Behind-the-scenes are subject to cancelation and change without notification.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations, however names can be transferred upon arrival on the day.
- Children who are not collected within 15mins of the conclusion of the day, will be booked into Extended Care. Extended Care is $22 per child. A Late Pick Up Fee of $1.00 per minute applies at the conclusion of Extended Care at 5.30pm.
- The program is open to children aged from 5 to 12 years old.
- For identification purposes, all children attending the program at Sydney’s Taronga Zoo are required to wear the yellow Zoo Adventures t-shirt, which can be purchased on the day.
